EXT. BILLINGSPORT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL - AFTERNOON
Our scene is shot from a handheld camera, and opens up outside of Billingsport Elementary. School is out for the day, and children spill from the building toward the parking lot.
We're inside of a stationary car. Through the reflection in the rear view mirror, we can make out that the camera is actually a cell phone being held by MetroPRO star DAMIAN COLE. He turns the camera on himself.
However, as we draw close, it becomes clear that this is no playmate. The child, who clearly has Max by several inches in height, thirty pounds in weight, and at least two, maybe three, years in maturity, is teasing Max. The bully has Max's Smash Brothers lunchbox in one hand and is holding it high; his other hand is pressed against Max's forehead, being used to keep Max at a distance. Poor Max looks lost without options, and is practically in tears.
The camera turns to a man standing in the background, on his cell phone, clearly aware of what his son is doing, but lacking any sense of urgency to do anything about it.
The man holds up his finger, as if to signal to Damian to give him a moment to finish his call.
The camera turns back to the bully tormenting little Max. The bully pushes Max to the ground, and empties the contents of his lunch box into the dirt.
Damian's raised voice captures the attention of the bully, who freezes. His voice also finally captures the attention of the man on the phone-- the bully's father. The camera moves toward Max. We see a hand-- Damian's hand, extend to help his son up.

DAMIAN
Hey Max, it's dad. Thought I'd take the day off and come pick
you up from school, maybe have some daddy and son time.
Damian steps out of his car. The camera phone in his hand pans the areas and stops on his son MAX in the distance, playing with another student near the playground. Damian sets in motion toward his son, as little Max grows larger and larger in the frame, the closer Damian gets.you up from school, maybe have some daddy and son time.

What's going on here?

Pick it up!
Damian's raised voice captures the attention of the bully, who freezes. His voice also finally captures the attention of the man on the phone-- the bully's father. The camera moves toward Max. We see a hand-- Damian's hand, extend to help his son up.

Here Max, hold this.
There is a transfer of the phone from Damian's hand to Max's hand. We now get a full shot of the confrontation between Damian and this father-- with the bully watching on on the background.
FATHER
Hey, don't talk to my son like that.
DAMIAN
Your son's picking on my son, and
you're just standing there?
FATHER
Oh relax, buddy, they're just having fun.
DAMIAN
Max, are you having fun?
Let me tell you something, pal. The next time I even
hear that your son looks in Max's direction the wrong
way, I'm gonna hear about it. And then I'm gonna have
some fun with you. Do we-- look at me when I'm talking
to you-- do we understanding each other? I thought so

Max is silent, but his expression says it all.

Nobody likes bullies. Bullies use size, strength, intimidation
to impose their will. Last nigtht, I came face to face with
two bullies-- Jack Owyns and Vladimir VIshnevsky-- one
got dropped on the spot; the other, he got what was coming
to him later in the night. Next Sunday night, we're gonna
finish the bully beat down that I should've finished last night.

Vlad, I'll start with you, sine you've been trying to pick a fight
with me for some time now. I can't count the number of times
in the joint I had to turn away because my eyes were fixed on
freedom. But I'm out now, and now not only within my legal
rights, but getting paid, to drop you on your ass.
You've got some problems. You lack focus. You distract too easily.
I saw that in your four-way match last night. This is a problem
because I just happen to be rolling into the Javits Center with
one of the sneakiest bastards in the game, Gideon Hazard.
That sucks for you, because you're gonna need all of the focus you've
got to land that one punch knockout. That's what you have, Vlad-- a
puncher's chance. Catch me coming in if you can because if you can't
you're gonna find yourself on the canvas via my superior technique,
and from there, the issue is not if I finish you, but which submission
move in my arsenal I choose to finish you with. And the best part?
Given your average sub defense, there's not a thing you can do about it.
