INT. JACOB JAVITS CONVENTION CENTER – SUNDAY EVENING
Our scene opens in the backstage area of the Jacob Javits Convention Center, where we catch the entrance of DAMIAN COLE entering the building, jeans, sweatshirt, duffel bag draped over his shoulder. He looks focused.
As he makes his way down the hallway, we hear the voice of Metro:PRO co-owner MARTY SUNSHINE. Damian stops, turns around, and sure enough, Marty is racing toward him.
Marty: Thank God. Damian, listen, I know things got heated the other day, but I hope you've had the chance to mull over our discussion, reconsider
Damian just stares at Marty. He shakes his head.
Damian: You know, I couldn't help but notice a familiar car parked in front of my house yesterday. You wouldn't know anything about that, would you?
Marty is silent.
Damian: That's what I thought.
Damian walks away, leaving Marty in a panic. A moment later, Marty is joined by Priscilla Price and Vladimir Vishnevsky. As they approach, Marty takes out the ominous envelope.
Priscilla looks upset by the sight of it.
Priscilla: Marty, put that away. I will take care of this.

OPENING SEQUENCE
We hear the opening rift of Kanye West's Black Skinhead, which is is accompanied by a montage of scenes cut together representing a highlight reel of the Metro:PRO roster-- we catch a Temper Tantrum from Carter Hayes, an arm bar from Luna, a stomp from Ravyn Nightshade. We see Jack Owyns pounding on an opponent, which dissolves into Liz Smalls taking out an opponent with a super kick. This is followed by a jump cut to a vicious clothesline by Jimmy Kort, and then a death defying leap by Will Levon. It's scene after scene, the cuts from one scene to next picking up in velocity, with everyone on the roster being represented, until finally, through the power of special effects, a bullet pierces the screen, and the graphics shatter, revealing behind them the title:

INT. JACOB JAVITS CONVENTION CENTER – EVENING
We cut to the arena, with an overhead shot of the crowd, and we pan slowly, taking in the intensity of the fans, as we finally arrive at ringside with our broadcast team, IAN WRIGHT and JACK CAMERON. The energy level is high-- a breath of fresh air from the sombre tone that opened last week's show.
Ian: Folks, welcome to the Jacob Javits Center in New York City for the first ever Killshot, brought to you live by Metro:PRO Wrestling. I'm your host, Ian Wright, and with me for the long haul is Jack "The Janitor" Cameron.
Jack: Holy cow I am excited, Mr. Wright. I am like a kid in a candy shop on Christmas morning when Christmas also happens to be your birthday!
Ian: Well Jack, you've got reason to be excited because we've got nine stellar matches tonight, include six-- that's right, count 'em-- six title qualifier fights. Every match on this card carries significance, as the battle between Team Marty and Team Mort rages on. We're about to get things under way with our first match of the evening folks, so buckle your seats, because we're in for a wild ride!
Mike Harrison v. Radek Dayz
Pre-Fight Analysis:
Jack Cameron: Mike Harrison comes into this fight one of the most decorated and experienced fighters in Metro:PRO, a well-rounded brawler with a strong aerial and technical game. Meanwhile, Radek Dayz returns to the ring for the first time following a five year prison stint. He brings also brings with him a solid brawling technical game, with phenomenal take down defense.
Keys to Victory:
Ian Wright: For me, this fight comes down to focus. Since day one of his return, Radek Dayz has seemed more focused on Jack Owyns and his taste for vengeance than on his present opponent. He needs to regroup, and get his mind fixed on Mike Harrison because this man is no stepping stone.
Jack Cameron: And for Mike Harrison, he's got the speed advantage, as well as the advantage in the air. He needs to use it. Forget about trying to take Radek to the ground because the man is very difficult to take down.
The Match:
From The Bell - Both men come out firing shots, back and forth, with no clear advantage either way from the outset. After several exchanges, Harrison pulls ahead, landing two for every one of Radek's shots until he has Radek backed into the corner. An Irish whip sends Radek into the opposite corner, but Radek reverses. Harrison hits the turn-buckle hard and is set to the canvas with a powerful clothesline off of the rebound.
3:10 – Harrison takes the advantage when Radek sends Harrison against the ropes but misses with a drop-kick on the rebound after Harrison holds onto the ropes. Harrison gives Radek no room to breath and moves in with a series of boots to wear Jack Owyns's nemesis down. With Radek on wobbly feet, Harrison takes to the ropes and returns with his patented "Sunshine Super kick" that sends Radek reeling through the middle ropes. With the crowd behind him, Harrison bounces off the opposite ropes and comes back with a suicide dive that takes out Radek on his way up.
7:14 - Referee Chris Clemons has shown some leniency to the two men as their battle continued on the outside for the past few minutes. Harrison remained in control until he lifted Radek over his shoulder, looking to use him as a battering ram into the corner posted, but on the way in, Radek slips behind him and pushes Harrison into the post himself. Radek returns to the ring and pulls Harrison to the apron, bringing him into the ring with a suplex-- but Harrison falls behind; and as Radek turns into him, he is met with a second Sunshine Super kick!
Final Moments - With Radek out on his back, Harrison is taking to the top turn-buckle, looking to finish in style. The flashbulbs go off as he takes to the air and lands with his "Death-wish" shooting star splash for a cover of ONE! TWO! THREE!
Winner: Mike Harrison via pin fall, 9:22.
After the Match:
As medics come to check on Radek, the attention remains on Mike Harrison in the ring as he is joined by interviewer Cathy Crass.
Cathy Crass: With me now is Mike Harrison. Man, you've gotta be feeling good, participating in the very first Metro:PRO match and you fucked-shit-up! How are you feeling?
Mike Harrison: Cathy, I am feeling good. Not to take anything away from Radek, but I trained hard, I fought hard...
Cathy Crass: And I'll bet you are hard, Mike.
Cathy touches her ear piece.
Cathy Crass: Well you will be happy to know that you have secured yourself a spot in the first round of the Empire Title Tournament next week, so good luck to you. Ladies and gentlemen, give it up for Mike Harrison!
The crowd responds with a nice applause as Nico Vega's "Beast" hits the speakers. As Harrison makes his way back to the lockers, the Camera CUTS back down to our color commentators.
Ian: What a way to kick things off, Jack. You're a stat man, so stick that one in your mental Rolodex-- Mike Harrison, the first wrestler to every claim a victory in Metro:PRO.
Jack: Holy moly, what a match-- not one, but two Sunshine Super kicks-- I have got to get Mr. Harrison's autograph backstage.

INT. JACOB JAVITS CENTER – LOCKER ROOM - CONTINUOUS
We pick up in one of the rooms adjoining the hallway in the back stage area, where Weston Alexander is sitting at a table with Tony Pham. Weston is teaching the Metro:PRO arbitrator and poker player extraordinaire how to count cards in Blackjack. Tony is loving it.
As Weston continues to educate Tony, Ravyn passes by the hallway. Tony calls out to her.
Tony: Hey baby!
Ravyn stops, pops her head into the room where Tony and Weston are. The smitten Weston is tongue tied.
Ravyn: I'm sorry, doll-- did you just call me baby?
Tony digs into his wallet and pulls out his bill-fold. He takes out two hundred bucks and hands it to Ravyn.
Tony: Here's your cut from my winnings the other day. The house always gets a cut, am I right, baby?
Ravyn looks over the poker king, and then Weston, who is just staring, smiling. She tucks the bills into her boot.
Ravyn: Any time, love.
Ravyn disappears.
Weston: Do you know her?
Tony: Ah, she hosts a wicked poker game.
Weston: What a woman.
CUT TO:
INT. JACOB JAVITS CENTER – RINGSIDE – CONTINUOUS
Dazielle Molaroni v. Aura Williams
Pre-Fight Analysis:
Ian Wright: A battle between two women who, with a combined five months experience between them, are certainly looking to solidify themselves as the diamonds in the rough as they make their Metro:PRO début. Both woman have been vocal on their stance to remain neutral in the ongoing feud between their bosses, and quite frankly, I don't blame them. This is supposed to be sport, and the powers that be are using their feud to turn this into spectacle. In addition, and both woman have expressed an animosity toward Pure title contender Liz Smalls.
Keys to Victory:
Jack Cameron: (Scratches his head) I uh, I don't understand, something is wrong.
Ian Wright: What's the matter, Jack?
Jack Cameron: These stats, they can't be right. It looks like-- it looks like Aura Williams is superhuman! I've never seen stats like this!
Ian Wright: Well who knows, maybe it's really Aura Williams underneath Lunar's mask. Let's get down to the action.
The Match:
From the Bell – This match truly starts off as a back and forth affair as the ladies exchange arm drags and hip tosses at a rapid pace. Following an arm drag by Molaroni, Williams is quick to her feet but is greeted by a standing drop-kick that sends her through the ropes to the outside. Molaroni seeks to follow up with a suicide dive but finds nothing but the outside railing as Williams moves out of the way.
2:59 – Williams takes advantage of the misstep by Molaroni by introducing her opponent to as much steel as she can get away with outside the ring before rolling her opponent into the ring. Williams pops to the canvas and waits for her opponent to rise to her feet because she springboards off the top rope and meets her opponent with a high cross body block for the cover and ONE! TWO! KICKOUT by Molaroni.
5:08 – Molaroni has turned things around when Williams sent her against the ropes and ducked her head looking for a back body drop, only to be met with a boot to the face instead that staggered Williams, allowing Molaroni to follow up with a vicious clothesline. Molaroni goes on a brawling assault, a full arsenal of kicks, punches, knees and elbows. Molaroni takes a moment to show boat for the crowd, who show their displeasure. Williams tries to take advantage of the distraction and charges at Molaroni who catches her coming in with a sleeper hold. Referee Chris Clemons checks the hold and drops William’s hand for two. On the third, Williams musters up the strength to show some life and keep this match going. She uses a series of elbows to break the hold. Once free, she takes to the ropes, ducks a clothesline, hits the far ropes, and comes back with a spinning heel kick that sends Molaroni to to the canvas.
9:40 – The last several minutes have been back and forth, which each fighter hitting one of their signature moves. Molaroni landed her Dragon Descent roundhouse kick and secured a near fall; and Williams connected with a Death Valley Driver at a critical moment that changed the tide. Each move garnered a nice pop from the crowd and served as a momentum builder.
Final Moments – The final moments come as Williams takes to the top ropes. Molaroni is on the floor and working her way up, in a daze. Williams shoots her hands in the air, and dives off for a high cross body block, which connects well-- only too well, as the momentum causes Molaroni to roll through onto Williams. She hooks a leg for a ONE! TWO! THREE!
Winner: Dazielle Molaroni, via pin fall 12:43
After the Match:
Both women, sweaty and panting, meet up in the center of the ring with Cathy Crass after the match.
Cathy Crass: Well you two skinny bitches really put on a show for the fans tonight, and I am receiving word that for your efforts, you are both being placed in the Empire Title tournament, courtesy of Marty Sunshine, although you will be on opposite sides of the brackets. Ladies and gentlemen, give it up for Dazielle Molaroni and Aura Williams! Now folks, we're going back stage!

Enter Mort Goodman, wearing a tuxedo for the occasion, looking dapper.
Mort: Ladies, I just wanted to come by and wish you luck tonight. I'm expecting big things from you. Mrs. Rivera, it's always nice to see you.
Mort reaches into his pocket, pulls out four hundred dollars-- gives two hundred each to Anya and Allyana.
Mort: Here you go ladies. You're appearance at Purple Hayes Gym this week brought in a record number of new members. I would like to personally thank you.
Mama Rivera: Oh thank you Mr. Goodman-- you are a good man! See girls, see what working hard will get you.
Mort: Have a good night, ladies.
Mort smiles, and struts down the hall.

Pure Title Tournament Match – Round 1
Lava v. Weston Alexander
Pre-Fight Analysis:
Ian Wright: Lava, a highly decorated submission fighter from Stockholm, Sweden, makes her professional wrestling début. after amassing a very impressive record of 11-0 on the MMA circuit, with all of her victories coming by way of first round choke submissions. Meanwhile, Weston Alexander brings a stellar submission game to this match as well. The Connecticut fighter has been endorsing the pure division since his contract signing, and now the "Intellect" has the opportunity to show Mort Goodman why he represents the purity of wrestling.
Keys to Victory:
Ian Wright: I actually like this guy Weston Alexander-- he's smart, he's focused, and he seems to maintain a balanced nutritional diet. But where has he been? The man of much intellect and little emotion has been virtually absent from the public eye. Let's just hope that his in ring production is more impressive than his promotion for this fight. What do you say, Jack?
Jack Cameron: Well you've got two of the top submission specialists in Metro:PRO squaring off; and what happens when two fighters who are at the top of their game in a particular skill square off-- often, they cancel each other out. I don't see either submitting the other, and this match coming down to secondary skill sets-- which, in the case of Lava, is not really secondary, because her striking is phenomenal. On the other hand, Weston Alexander does have a solid chin.
Ian: You also have to keep in mind the x-factor. This is Lava's professional wrestling début. She is not accustomed to the relaxed rules, the bouncing off the ropes, and the flying off the turn-buckles.
The Match:
From the Bell - Lava wastes no time taking this fight to the ground and she finds herself in Weston's guard. Weston grips the back of her head tight, giving her no room to do anything, while trying to shift his hips, looking for a reversal. Laval posts a leg and frees her head from Weston's grip and begins unleashing a flurry of punches. Weston eats several clean shots, but is able to kick Lava off and pop to his feet.
4.49: Back on their feet, Lava uses her superior boxing skill set to light up Weston. A series of jab-hook combinations keeps Weston at bay until he is able to time one of Lava's jabs and convert into an arm drag take down. Weston sees and opening and goes for an arm bar, but Lava rolls through. A scramble ensues, and Lava takes Weston's back, slapping on a rear naked choke, but Weston's too close to the ropes, and referee Frank DiPasquale is quick to call for a break, which Lava obliges.
6:54: Back on their feet, Lava ties up, looking for a Judo throw. The two pummel for position and control, and just as Lava believes she's in position for a throw, out of nowhere, Weston jumps up and connects with his trademark "Beginning of the End" codebreaker, which stuns the Swedish submission specialist. Weston immediately looks to convert into a triangle choke and he has it locked in. Lava is on her feet and looking to step over to counter. Lava is able to step over and turn the triangle into a half crab in her favor. Weston is trying to craw l to the ropes for some refuge. Sensing he's gonna make it, Lava releases the hold and begins raining elbows to the back of Weston's head. Weston is covering up. Lava is looking for a rear naked choke, but Weston makes it to his feet with Lava on his back. Weston runs at the turn-buckle and ducks, sending Lava face first into the turn-buckle. Weston goes for the pin. ONE! TWO! KICKOUT!
Final Moments: The action has spilled to the outside after Lava landed a judo throw close to the ropes. As Weston gets to his feet, Lava lands a right hook, left uppercut combo that staggers the Intellect. The two continue to slug it out as the referee continues to count. It is at around the eight count that Lava manages to put some space between her and Weston with a solid front snap kick. This allows Lava to roll into the ring as the ref hits the ten mark.
Winner: Lava, via count out, 10:01
Post Match:
Cathy Crass once again takes to the center of the ring to join her.
Cathy Crass: With me now is one skinny bitch who I would not mess with. Lava, you've got your professional wrestling début. behind you with a big win over Weston Alexander.
Lava: I hate to see a match finish like that-- so indecisive. But Weston, any time you want to do that again, you just let me know. Maybe next time we'll have to do it in an MMA cage with no count outs.
Cathy: Well there you have it-- good luck to you, Lava, in the semi-finals.

INT. JACOB JAVITS CENTER – BACK STAGE AREA – CONTINUOUS
We are once again back stage, where Jack Owyns is in a locker room, slapping himself in the face, getting himself psyched up for his main event.
Marty enters the room, but after getting a whiff of the room, quickly exits, shutting the door behind him. Marty opens it a moment later, only this time his face is covered by a handkerchief. Marty's got two hundred dollars in his hand, which he hands to Jack.
Marty: Hey, here's your cut.
Jack: My cut? My cut for what?
Marty: Your cut from the pay-off I received from the Ridgewood Police Department. You see, the media frowns upon police when they duct tape suspects-- particularly when those suspects are presented by attorneys as morally outraged as me. We worked out a resolution.
Marty is about to leave, and then turns back.
Marty: Oh, by the way, I'm gonna need your help on something tonight.

Empire Title Fatal Four-Way Qualifier
Grace Taylor v. Vladimir Vishnevsky v. Jimmy Kort v. Kodi Jackson
Pre-fight Analysis:
Ian Wright: This one could be renamed "Three Beasts and a Little Lady," the product of Marty Sunshine's scheme to punish Mort Goodman through his daughter could not look more grotesque on paper. These three monsters have size, strength and power advantages over the Prodigy, not to mention, aside from Vishnevsky, significant experience.
Keys to Victory:
Jack Cameron: I love Carter's lady friend! She shares my love for wrestling and my love for milkshakes! Don't worry Grace, I am at ringside if they get out of hand! What Grace needs to focus on is using that speed and air game to her advantage. She is hard to submit and has very good stamina. And also, having been in the big matches before, she knows how to compose herself in those big spots-- and oh boy, they don't come bigger than this.
Ian Wright: I think the big x-factor here is going to be how these three massive men decide to approach the match. Whether they will work as a team, or see this as every man for himself. Remember, on one hand this is about doing Marty's bidding; on the other, there's a shot at gold on the line here.
The Match:
Opening Moments - From the opening moments, all three giants circle Grace, preparing their attack, but careful given their knowledge of how dangerous Grace can be. Jackson moves in first, charging at Grace with a wild swing, which she ducks, and takes to the ropes. She hops to the second and moonsaults off, but Jackson catches her in a power slam and goes for a quick cover. Referee Miles White is very slow to the count of OOOONNNEEEE! TWOOOOO! THHHRE-- Kort makes the stop. Jackson gets up and the two begin to argue. Jackson pushes Kort. Kort pushes Jackson back. The next thing you know, the two are engaged in a brawl.
3:37 - Meanwhile, Vladimir Vishnevsky moves in on Grace, beating her down with a series of boots. He pulls her up and whips her into the corner. Vlad comes charging in for a clothesline but Grace ducks and Vladimir hits the turn-buckle. However, the moment Grace comes up from ducking Vladimir's clothesline, she is knocked down by Kort's clothesline. Kort stoops down to pull up Grace, but as he does, Jackson grabs Kort into a front face lock and delivers a DDT and goes for a cover. Referee Miles White is very slow to the count of OOOONNNEEEE! TWOOOOO! THHHRE-- Broken up by Vishnevsky!
6:50 - This match has turned into a series of attempts by one big man attempting to score a pin fall on Grace, only to have it broken up by one of the other big men. In any event, Grace is afforded no breathing room-- that is, until a botched team effort by Jackson and Vishnevsky, in which Grace ducks an incoming boot, results in Vishnevsky accidentally booting Jackson over the top ropes. Grace now goes to work, using her speed to land jab after jab, in intervals between Vishnevsky and Kort. Grace takes to the ropes and comes back with a drop-kick that connects with both men. She goes for a cover on Vishnevsky and gets a two count before it is broken up by Kort!
9:16 – Vladimir and Jackson have found themselves involved in a brawl on the outside. Jackson is sprawled out on the Spanish announcer's table, and Vladimir goes for an axe kick, but Jackson moves and Vladimir splits the table in half, but falls on his ass in the process. Jackson uses the moment to pick up the ring steps and smashes Vishnevsky with them. Referee Miles White has lost all control of this one and is preoccupied on trying to coax these men back into the ring. Meanwhile, inside the ring, Kort is putting a beating on Grace, assaulting her with a variety of suplexes and DDTs before executing his Southern Voice – Fireman's Carry Spun into a Face breaker Knee Smash. He makes a cover, but referee Miles White is nowhere to be found. Kort rises, approaches the elderly ref, grabs him, and pulls him toward Grace. Kort makes the cover and there's another typical Miles White Count: Ooonnnneee! Twwooo!!!!! Thr – KICKOUT by Grace!
13:45 - There's a scary moment when a Grace ducks out of the way of a charging Kodi Jackson, who inadvertently takes out referee Miles White. In the absence of a ref, Kort rolls out of the ring and returns with a chair. Jackson has Grace in a full nelson and Kort winds up. Grace ducks, and Kort's chair shot levels Jackson, knocking him out cold.
Final Moments - Senior official Chris Clemons has sprinted out to ref to take over the action. With Jackson still trying to come through, Vlad and Kort are working over Grace with a series of kicks. Vladimir, puts Grace on her shoulders and Kort goes to the top rope to jump off for a clothesline. Kort takes to the air, but before he can connect, Grace rotates atop Vlad's shoulders and takes him to the floor with a head scissors; Kort meets nothing by air, and Grace converts her head scissors into a triangle choke. Vishnevsky makes the tap!
Winner: Grace Taylor via submission, 16:37
After the Match:
Vishnevsky and Jackson quickly treat to the dressing room. Meanwhile, Mort comes down to the ring and celebrates with Grace. Their celebration is interrupted by Jimmy Kort, who grabs a mic from ringside, and approaches the Problem Solver.
Jimmy Kort: I am sick and tired of these damn matches where I am losing even though I haven't been pinned or submitted. I want-- I demand-- a real match!
Boos from the crowd, although Mort holds up his hands to have the crowd settle.
Mort Goodman: You know what, Jimmy-- you're right, and you can blame Marty for your match-up. Had you been aligned with team Goodman, things would have been different. Having said that, I agree with you, and that's why next week, you will be fighting in the first round of the tournament for a shot to be the first ever Pure Champion.

INT. JACOB JAZITS CENTER – BACKSTAGE AREA – CONTINUOUS
We again pick up in one of the locker rooms, where we find the Shaw’s pummelling, going through the motion of jockeying for inside control.
Enter Marty, all smiles.
Marty: There they are-- the most entertaining couple in all of wrestling. Kettle-- loved ya'! He loved ya so much, he spread some of that love around, and so now I spread it to you!
Marty hands each of them two hundred dollars.
Marty: Now go out there tonight, and show Dazed and Confused why the Shaw’s are the best husband-wife team in pro wrestling. Now go get 'em!
Tag Title Title Tournament – Round 1
Lora and Warren Shaw v. 8-Ball and Lunar
Pre-Fight Analysis:
Ian Wright: At first glance, this match sounds like the outline for a sit-com-- two aspiring entertainers take on a pothead and a superhero. But here's the punchline: all four can fight. The husband-wife team of Lora Warren Shaw bring a crippling submission game along with some serious technique. Opposing them is 8-Ball and Lunar-- the two fastest wrestlers on the Metro:PRO roster.
Keys to Victory:
Ian Wright: Like so many matches tonight, this one finds one side of the equation possessing some serious ground skills. The Shaw’s can tap and choke out anyone. Add to that the fact that as a husband and wife team, they know each other intimately.
Jack Cameron: I love Lunar! Just knowing that there is a superhero in our midst makes me feel safe! These two move so quick I fear I make get a little dizzy watching them, and that's what they need to do-- keep moving, confuse the Shaw’s, and hit them before the song and dance couple can get hold of the them.
The Match:
From the Bell - The action starts with Warren Shaw and 8-Ball. The scrappy stoner proves to be too quick for Shaw, and ducks and dodges all of Shaw's incoming punches as if they are coming in in slow motion. Picking his spot, 8-Ball delivers a front kick that doubles over the aspiring dancer. 8-Ball takes to the ropes and comes back with a flying forearm that sends Warren flying through the ropes to the outside.
And then there's the suicide dive-- not through the ropes, but over the top rope-- 8-Ball sails through the air and meets Warren with a high cross body block on the outside.
4:14 - We are back in the ring and Warren has managed to tag in Lora, but again 8-Ball is ducking and dodging all of her shots. 8-Ball delivers a kick to her gut and takes to the ropes. He comes back with a flying forearm, but Lora catches 8-Ball mid-air and converts to a power slam. The sassy singer mounts 8-Ball and begins raining down forearm after forearm. She attempts to lock up a front forearm choke and almost has it sunk in when Lunar gets to the ropes, forcing a release.
7:03 – Lunar has been tagged in and is using his speed to take it to Warren Shaw. However, an ill-fated attempt at a flying drop-kick from the top is met with a power bomb by Shaw who goes for the cover, and gets a ONNNEEE! TWOOO! THHR – Kick out by Lunar.
10:13 – The Shaw’s are now in the zone, making the most of their chemistry with quick tags, blind tags, and handy teamwork. In one particularly impress display, Lora lifts Lunar for a vertical suplex, tagging Warren in while Lunar is suspended; and the moment Lunar hits the mat, Warren has an ankle lock applied that takes the rescue of 8-Ball to avert.
12:14 – The tides have turned following a wicked axe kick by 8-Ball to Lora Shaw. 8-Ball does what he does best-- he hits the ropes, ducks a clothes line, hits the opposite ropes, slides through Lora's legs, pops up, hits the opposite ropes, springboards off the top rope and takes out Lora with a moonsault for a cover of ONNNEEEE! TWOOOO! KCIKOUT by Lora!
14:00 – 8-Ball is on a roll, but makes a slight tactical error as he takes to the top turn-buckle, but gets momentarily distracted by commentator Ian Wright who is bitching about something about being shunned at 8-Ball's party. The confused 8-Ball is delayed just enough for Warren Shaw to drop-kick him off the top turn-buckle to the outside.
Final Moments – With 8-Ball sprawled out on the ringside floor, Lora Shaw moves in for the kill on Lunar. She shoots in for a single leg take down and brings the masked marauder to the mat, and immediately slaps on the "Lora Lock" ankle lock. Lunar screams in pain, but his mask has been twisted such that his words are muffled and referee Miles White cannot make heads or tails of them, so he does not call a stoppage. Frustrated, Shaw releases the hold and pulls Lunar to his feet, only to batter his legs with a series of side kicks until Lunar drops to his knees. Shaw pauses for a moment, almost to telegraph her next move to the fans, and follows through with a crushing kick to Lunar's skull. Lunar drops and Shaw covers. Referee Miles White drops to make the count, but notices Lunar is clean out. He pulls off Shaw and signals for the bell.
Winner: via knock-out, Lora and Warren Shaw, 16:02
After the Match:
The medics come out to assist the unconscious Lunar. Meanwhile, Lora and Warren are approached by Cathy Crass, who enters the ring following the victory for the married couple. The big girl is brandishing a microphone and heads straight for tonight's winners.
Cathy: “Guys, that was an impressive fuckin' win tonight! How are you feeling right now?”
She pushes the microphone under the nose of Warren, but before he can answer through heavy breaths, Lora pulls it towards her and flashes a huge smile to the audience.
Lora: “We feel fantastic! Tonight has been about three things for us – winning our début fight here; advancing in the tag team championship tournament and putting every other team on notice: those belts are ours to lose, baby!”
Crass nods and responds.
Cathy: “Now that you're into the semi-finals of the tournament to crown tag team champs, who are you hoping to be drawn against?”
Warren goes to respond but – again – Lora cuts him off and fields the question.
Lora: “You know what? We'll take anyone who'll be grateful for the opportunity to be part of our journey to the Tag Team Championships. If you're a team who don't mind being humiliated by the new stars of Wrestling with Fame, then we'll see you in the semi-finals!”
Cathy: “Oh wow, so are you giving us an exclusive about your new reality show?”
Warren – looking annoyed by the previous interruptions – grabs the microphone from Crass to ensure that his beautiful wife can't cut him off for a third time.
Warren: “Yes! We had an off camera meeting with the directors and the deal is done. We'll start filming next week and by this time next year, Warren and Lora Shaw will be known across America as the most successful tag team of 2014-15, as well as the most talented double act in the business.”
Lora grabs the microphone away from him.
Lora: “Jeez, honey – are you going to stand here and talk all night?”
The blonde thrusts the microphone into the hefty bosom of Cathy Crass, before ushering her hen-pecked husband out of the ring.

Mort: There he is. Hell of a match tonight. Don't let it get you down. Count out losses don't mean shit. You just keep those spirits up. Here, this is for you.
Mort hands Weston two hundred bucks.
Weston: What's this for?
Mort: Ridgewood High School dominated in their opening dual meet yesterday. The alumni loved you – not to mention all of the moms. They wanted to make sure you got this.
Mort notices the shirt Weston just purchased. He looks a bit confused.
Mort: Nice shirt.

Damian Cole v. Angelina Bellini
Singles Match
Pre-fight Analysis:
Ian Wright: All I can say is shame on Mort Goodman for making this mismatch. Damian Cole is a seasoned wrestler who should be fighting in title fights, and it is neither fair to him that on a card where six out of the nine fighters are title eliminator bouts, he is not in the picture; nor is it fair to Angelina Bellini, who in her professional début., is being thrown to someone as dangerous as Damian Cole.
Jack Cameron: I love Damian! He was a high school student where I was a janitor-- did you know that? But something is bothering me. Something seems a little....off about Damian. I can't put my finger on it, but between the infighting with Marty Sunshine, and his relative quietness this week...I don't like it, Mr. Wright.
Keys to Victory:
Ian Wright: For Angelina, she needs to use that speed and keep to the air. Damian is at his most dangerous when he can take you down and grind you out. For Damian, he needs to stick to what he does best, take Angelina down, immobilize her, and look for the sub. More than anything, Damian needs to keep that stellar focus that he has come to be known for.
The Match:
Before the Bell – From the outset, things seem out of sorts. Referee Frank DiPasquale is bout to call for the action to get under way when Marty marches down to ringside with referee Miles White at his side. They enter the ring, Marty begins speaking with Frank DiPasquale, and moments later Frank and Marty exit the ring, leaving Miles White in the ring to call the action.
In addition, it is noted that at ringside, in the front row, Priscilla Price is seated alongside Angelina Bellini's father, Vincent Bellini.
From the Bell – Damian is looking a bit uneasy with his surroundings, but it doesn't stop him from locking up with Bellini, pulling her her forward, causing her to step, and then picking an ankle, sending Bellini to the mat. Damian looks to dive into Bellini, but gets met with an up kick that catches him square in the jaw and spins his head. Bellini gets to her feet and takes to the ropes. As Damian gets to his feet, he's met with a flying forearm that sends him crashing to the mat. Bellini pops up instantly, and again takes to the ropes, adopting a very smart game plan. This time, upon Damian's ascension, he's met with a flying spinning heel kick.
4:01 – So far, Angelina has been doing a tremendous time using her speed and attacking Damian from a distance, throwing him off her game. However, the momentum swings when she attempts a high cross body block which Damian converts into a power slam, and then moves right into a Kimura. However, Angelina is close enough to grab the ropes. Referee Miles While is way to far from the action to even begin the count for Damian to break the hold, but Damian, immediately upon spotting Angelina grab the ropes, let's hold of the move on his own accord.
7:14 - Following his near submission, Damian goes on suplex spree, hitting a belly to belly, followed by a belly to back, followed by an attempt at a traditional suplex. On the third, however, Angelina falls behind Damian, and executes a side Russian Leg Sweep. She pulls up Damian, sends him across the ring, and connects with a very impressive tilt-a-whirl slam for a cover and a ONE! TWO! KICKOUT from Damian on a notoriously slow count.
9:34 - As Damian regains control with a fireman's carry into serious ground and point, things take a turn for the ominous when out of nowhere, Vladimir Vishnevsky and Jack Owyns stroll down to ringside and take a seat near the railing where Angelina's father and Priscilla Price are situated.
10:34 - Things go from bad to worse when a back body drop too close to the ropes sends Damian Cole sailing over the top rope to the ringside floor, near trouble. Immediately, Jack Owyns runs to the side to distract the utterly useless Miles White is while Vladimir Vishnevsky rises from his seat and begins pummelling the man they call Redemption. Vladimir does not look happy about being told what to do, but he raises his hands and steps back in compliance. Angelina grabs hold of Damian and rolls him back into the ring.
14:59 - All hell breaks loose when Angelina whips Damian into the ropes, but Damian reverses, and Angelina crashes into Miles White, who goes down. As Angelina bounces off of the hapless ref, Damian meets her with his "Dedicated to Max" super kick that takes her out. Angelina's out cold. Damian drops for the pin fall. No ref. And in comes trouble. Vlad is the first into the ring. Damian meets him on his feet; Vlad throws a powerful roundhouse at Damian's head, but Damian catches it, sweeps Vlad to the floor, and then drops down for knee bar onto the massive Russian.
However, in comes Jack Owyns, who delivers a series of boots to Damian, causing him to release the hold. Vlad rolls on the floor, holding his leg but Jack continues to punish Damian. But Damian starts to fight back. The two are trading shots.
And out of nowhere, Priscilla Price creeps into the ring from the other side, taps Damian on the should to interrupt him in his brawl with Jack. Damian turns around and eats a Home Wrecker super kick from the Metropolitan Mistress. The shot knocks Damian directly into Jack's "Mischief Maker" cut-throat Saito suplex.
Damian is flat on his back. Jack and Priscilla roll out as Angelina comes through. She rolls over onto Damian as Miles White is coming through and there's the cover for a ONE! TWO! THREE!
Winner: Angelina Bellini, via pin fall, 17: 44.
After the Match:
Priscilla Price and Vinny Bellini enter the ring. Vinny hugs his daughter, who is ecstatic with her victory, though unaware of the circumstances.
Meanwhile, Priscilla walks over the Damian, flat on his back. She kneels before him and whispers something to him, and the gets up and joins the celebration with Angelina.

Once again we are in the concession area, this time with Grace Taylor, who is on line to get food. Mort approaches with a big smile.
Grace: Daddy!
She gives him a hug.
Mort: Congratulations. You looked brilliant tonight, baby.
Mort hands Grace two hundred dollars.
Grace: Daddy, put that away-- I don't want your money.
Mort: Nonsense. I know what you are going through right now, what with Carter. You have the patience of a saint, and should be rewarded.
Suddenly we hear the sound of Carter's bell ringing in the background. It jolts Grace.
Grace: Sorry daddy, I've gotta go. The patient calls.

Tag Team Title Tournament Qualifier – Round 1
Anya-Leigh Castello & Allyana Rivera v. Dennis Driver & Morgan le Faye
Pre-Fight Analysis:
Ian Wright: Two teams, one representing Team Goodman, the other representing Team Sunshine. Statistically, this is perhaps the most evenly matched-up contest on the card. Each four of these fighters are comparable in strength, striking, and speed-- and there is a lot of speed to go around.
Keys to Victory:
Ian Wright: With a fight this evenly matched, this one may come down to inches and the intangibles. Weighing in on the side of Drive and le Faye is what I'd call the sneak. Don't let that baby face fool you-- Dennis Driver is one of the sneakiest individuals on the roster; we saw his promo, we know he calls himself the "agitator"; and Morgan le Faye is a master in the art of deception herself.
Jack Cameron: On the other side of the equation, however, Castello and Rivera know each other better. They have a history together-- and while they have not historically worked as a regular tag team, they have a bond that has been forged over time and through mutual trials.
The Match:
At the Bell - Castello and le Faye get things off to a quick start, with quick moves and quick exchanges. Arm wringer by Castello, le Faye reverses with an arm wringer of her own; Castello rolls through, pops to her feet, sends le Faye against the ropes, le Faye reverses, drops down, Castello jumps over, le Faye back to her feet, leap frog by le Faye, Castello bounces back and it's a hip toss by le Faye that carries the day, converted into an arm bar.
2:12 – Driver gets tagged in, and uses his superior technique to slow down the pace with a grinding headlock that he uses to wear down Castello. He pulls Castello to her feet and lifts her for a suplex, but Castello falls behind. Castello takes to the ropes, but le Faye pulls the rope down, and Castello spills over the top. Driver takes to the ropes for a suicide dive but finds nothing but concrete pavement as Castello moves out of the way.
4:29 – After taking it to Driver on the outside, Castello rolls Driver back into the ring, but he's quick to his feet in the ring, and meets Castello with boots to the head as she comes in. Driver does a good job of cutting off the ring and preventing Castello from making a tag.
7:01 - After a series of tags where Driver and le Faye have taken turns wearing down Castello, Anya-Leigh finds her moment of reprieve when Driver attempts a diving clothesline but Castello ducks. Driver is down and Castello crawls to her corner for the tag. Driver grabs hold of a leg to prevent her from reaching the corner, but Castello makes the diving tag. Here comes the fresh Rivera who takes it to Driver, and Morgan, and then Driver again, and then Morgan again, sending them down as they come up.
9:30 - Following a solid two minutes of dominance, Rivera finds herself in trouble when Morgan le Faye hits a head scissors take down that throws the former F1W woman's champion off her game. Morgan takes to the top and connects with a frog splash that secures a two count, at the last moment by Castello.
Final Moments - Pandemonium has broken loose as all four participants have found their way into the ring. Chris Clemons keeps a close eye on the action, noting Rivera and Driver to be the legal participants at this point. Castello fights with Driver in one corner, with Morgan and Rivera having it out in the opposite corner. Driver whips Castello toward Morgan and Rivera, while Morgan whips Castello toward Driver and Castello; so we have Castello and Rivera coming in quickly toward one another. Rivera goes for a high cross body block as Castello drops down. Rivera sails over Castello onto Driver for the cover and a ONE! TWO! THREE!!!
Winner: Allyana Rivera and Anya Leigh Castello via pin fall, 11:07
After the Match:
As Anya and Allyana celebrate in the ring, along with Mama Rivera, an irate Marty Sunshine appears on the jumbo tron.
Marty Sunshine: You girls think you're so special, don't you? You think you have such great teamwork? Well we'll see how great that teamwork is next week when you face each other in singles competition!
Allyana and Anya look miffed by the announcement, as Mama Rivera waves a finger at the jumbo tron.
Mama Rivera: You are a despicable, despicable man!

We are now inside the office that serves as Marty's home base within the arena. He sits behind his desk, having just cut his video addressed to Allyana Rivera and Anya Leigh Castello.
The door opens and in walks Priscilla Price and Vincent Bellini walk in; she has his arm around him.
Priscilla: There it's done.
Marty: Priscilla, I knew there was a reason you are my number one girl.
Priscilla: The envelope, Marty.
Marty: What envelope?
Priscilla: You know exactly what envelope. The envelope with the photos and video.. You got what you wanted-- it's over.
Marty looks to Priscilla, and then to Vinny.
Marty: Of course.
Marty reaches into his desk and pulls out the envelope. He hands it to Priscilla.
Priscilla: Nice try, Marty-- now give me the originals.
Marty: Originals? I don't know what you're talking ab--
Vinny: Give her the originals, Marty.
Priscilla: They're in the safe.
Marty chuckles-- it's an uncomfortable chuckle. He turns to the wall behind him, removes the picture of him and Damian from State Finals. Behind it is a safe. Marty opens it, pulls out the real envelope, and hands it to Priscilla.
Priscilla pulls out a lighter and sets it on fire. Slowly we watch the envelope burn. Priscilla tosses the remnants into the wast basket beside Marty's desk.
Priscilla: Now I've got a match to go wrestle.

INT. JACOB JAVITS CENTER – RINGSIDE – CONTINUOUS
Empire Title Tournament Match – Fatal Four-way
Priscilla Price v. Ravyn Nightshade v. Gideon Hazard v. Will Levon
Pre-Fight Analysis
Ian Wright: This fight represents Mort Goodman's answer to Marty Sunshine’s fatal-four way strategic attack on Grace Taylor. Goodman hand-picked Ravyn Nightshade, Gideon Hazard and Will Levon to make it a long night for Sunshine's golden girl, Priscilla Price. This fight contains a wide array of techniques, from Ravyn's submission heavy assault to Priscilla's submission/aerial attach to Gideon's submission and technical based approach to the speed and air game of Will Levon.
Keys to Victory:
Jack Cameron: Being a submission fighter in a contest with multiple opponents in the ring simultaneously is never an envious position. Submission fighting is, quite logically, most effective when it is one on one, and there is not the threat of someone hitting you from behind as you use all of your limbs to choke out or break the arm of an opponent. This can prove to be a significant disadvantage for Nightshade, Hazard and Price-- who all employ submission heavy attacks.
Ian Wright: What I find interesting here is unlike the Fatal Four-way intended to give Grace Taylor fits, I don't necessarily think that the other three fighters in this fight are going to be focused on Priscilla. I mean, we saw that Will Levon and Priscilla made peace, and Gideon, while he considers him to be part of Team Goodman, has no special axe to grind with Price. It's only Ravyn Nightshade that carries that bad blood with Priscilla.
The Match:
From The Bell - Ravyn immediately goes for Priscilla, taking her down with a spear, and she just beings unloading on the Metropolitan Mistress from Priscilla's full guard. At the same time, Gideon and Will are trading blows, and Will's slight striking advantage carries the day as he backs Gideon into the corner, and makes him pay with a trio of opened hand chops across his chest that echo throughout the arena. As Ravyn passes Priscilla's guard, Will, who has downed Gideon following a turn-buckle smash, delivers an elbow to the back of Ravyn, breaking up her grapple with Priscilla. Priscilla rolls out of the ring for to regroup, while Will sends Ravyn across the ropes and delivers a standing drop-kick.
4:44 - Since recovering from the initial attack by Will, Ravyn has been a beast thus far, dumping Will over the top rope, and levelling Priscilla with a vicious roundhouse to the head as Priscilla was preoccupied with Gideon. Instead of going for the cover, Ravyn turns her attention to Gideon and throws a roundhouse to his head, but Gideon blocks, and the levels Ravyn with a short-armed clothesline and goes for a cover. Referee Tony DiPasquale makes the count of ONE! TWO! KICKOUT!
6:34 – Priscilla has found some momentum when Gideon hits Will Levon with a superplex, only to have Priscilla launch herself from the adjacent top turn-buckle with a splash onto both men. However, she cannot capitalize because Ravyn is all over her, grabbing her by the hair and throwing her across the ring. Ravyn grabs hold of Gideon's leg to apply a knee bar, but Gideon rolls Ravyn up for an inside cradle and secures a two count.
8:23 - Will has Ravyn against the turn-buckle and is throwing punch after punch to her head as the crowd counts along. Gideon sneaks up behind him with a forearm to the back, followed by a belly to back suplex that floors Will. Meanwhile, Priscilla is waiting for Gideon to rise to deliver her Home Wrecker super kick; but Ravyn sees Priscilla lying in wait, and cancels those plans with a crescent kick that downs her arch nemesis. Ravyn goes for the count for a ONE! TWO! Kick out by Price!
Final Moments - The final moments come when two separate battles merge into one. Hazard is doing battle with Will and throws a spinning roundhouse that is telegraphed and Will sweeps his feet. Halfway across the ring, he sees that Priscilla is in trouble, as Ravyn has her mounted and is throwing nasty elbows to the Paramour. Will takes to the top rope as Ravyn finds an arm of Priscilla and sits out into an arm bar. Will launches himself with a frog splash onto Priscilla before she is able to tap from the arm bar. The impact of the splash knocks the hold loose and separates Ravyn from Priscilla. Will hooks the leg on Priscilla for the ONE! TWO THREE!
Winner: Will Levon via pin fall at 10:10.
After the Match:
Ravyn is beside herself, having been within seconds of a victory. Will exits through the crowd to the delight of the fans. Marty enters the ring and approaches Ravyn who is not in the mood.
Marty Sunshine: Ravyn, tonight you were robbed! With your skill set, you belong competing for the Pure Title, where your submission skills would shine! Mort Goodman is clearly trying to keep you from his precious title. But not on my watch. Next week, you will be entered into the Pure Title Tournament!
MAIN EVENT
Pure Title Tournament Match – Round 1
Liz Smalls v. Jack Owyns
Pre-fight Analysis:
Ian Wright: This is the main event of the night, and it is the main event for a reason-- Jack Owyns brings almost thirteen years of experience with him; and while Liz Smalls is relatively new to the business she brings not only a household name, but serious credentials, having wrestled and acquired gold in some of the top brands of the industry. These two have been going back and forth all week over social media, and have been busy with strategy, between Liz Smalls seeking out tips from Owyns's former friend turned arch-nemesis Radek Dayz, to Owyns's insistence to forego hygiene, and his morally reprehensible attempts to use Liz Smalls (gasp) sex tape as his entrance.
Keys to Victory:
Jack Cameron: By golly, this one is too close to call. A true speed versus strength encounter where it is clear that both are bringing their all. This one has classic written all over it.
The Match:
From the Bell – Jack is looking for a lock-up but Liz is very reluctant to make contact with the stinky Jack, and ducks under each lock-up attempt-- each time, holding her nose and waving the air. Jack is taking offense, and is boiling. On the fourth attempt at a lock-up, as Liz attempts to duck to avoid the lock-up, Jack times it and meets her with a knee to the face. Jack Owyns opens up strong with a series of boots to the mid-section of the Coast 2 Coast Cover girl. He sends her across the ropes, she ducks a clothesline, hits the opposite ropes, but on her way back is met with a wicked spine buster. Owyns follows up with a series of stomps before pulling up Smalls and executing a textbook snap suplex.
4.38 – So far, it's been all about the Villain who has been using his size and strength to wear down Miss Metro. He sends Liz to the canvas with a brilliant power slam, but instead of seeking a pin, he puts his armpit in Liz's face, who looks like she is going to pass out.
5:35 – The tides change when Jack lifts Liz for a vertical suplex, but Liz falls behind him, drops to her knees, and delivers a forever right between the legs. With Owyns hunched over in pain, Liz takes to the ropes and comes back with a well placed bulldog. Liz pops to her feet and waits for Owyns to work his way up. As he does, Liz connects with the World's prettiest drop-kick, which sends Jack crashing though the ropes to the outside. Liz is on a roll, and again takes to the opposite ropes, timing it to connect with a baseball slide that connects with Jack as he's coming to his feet on the outside, sending him into the railing.
7:29 - Liz remains in control, taking the fight to the outside, until she rolls back into the ring and pulls Jack to the outside apron by his hair. Liz attempts to suplex Jack back into the ring, but he blocks, grabs hold of the back of her head, and drops down to the apron, draping Liz's neck against the top rope. Jack enters the ring, grabs hold of Smalls and executes a beautiful DDT. Jack pulls up Liz, and lets loose with "Jack Unleashed," a series of Muay Thai knees that sends Liz to the mat, and prone for a pin. Jack makes the cover, and referee Chris Clemons drops to the canvas for a count of ONE! TWO! TH-- Chris Clemons is interrupted by his own count has he beings to gasp from Jack's stench!
8:14 - Jack is on his feet, arguing with the ref about his botched count. Clemons is arguing back that Jack smells and should have showered. Liz sneaks up behind Jack for a roll up and Clemons drops down for a count of ONE! TWO! KICKOUT!
12:49 - These two have been trading back and forth for the last few minutes, with Liz Small taking the advantage as she begins to work the knee of Jack Owyns, causing him to lose a step. Liz attempts a figure four, but before she can perfect, Jack reaches up and grabs her for a small package and a count of ONE! TWO! KICKOUT!
14:30 - Jack has been in control at this point when Liz bent over for a telegraphed back body drop that Jack saw coming and converted into a swinging neck breaker. Jack pulls up Liz and sends her into the ropes, but Liz reverses, and catches Jack in a sleeper hold on the way back. Jack is struggling and flailing his arms to break free but is starting to fade. Chris Clemons raises Jack's arm to see if it is limp, and each time he does, he gets a whiff of Jack's pits, which cases him to gag. On the third time, the odor catches him so bad that Chris Clemons faints and drops to the canvas.
Final Moments - Liz thinks she has won. She is celebrating. Meanwhile, Jack gets to his feet, grabs Liz from behind, and devastates her with his Mischief Maker Cut-throat Saito Suplex! Jack makes the cover, but Chris Clemons is still out from the funk. Jack gets up to check on Clemons, when out of nowhere, Damian Cole storms down the runway, slides into the ring, and connects on Jack with a DTM Super kick! Damian rolls out, as Liz comes through and makes a cover. Clemons regains his consciousness and makes the count for a ONE! TWO! THREE!
Winner: Liz Smalls via pin fall, 18:29
After the Match:
Liz Smalls celebrates, taking to the top ropes to blow kisses to the crowd, who respond with a mixed reaction-- some love her, some hate her, but practically nobody is without an opinion.
Liz exits the ring and makes her way back toward the dressing room. Along the way, she passes Marty, who is on his way to the ring. Marty enters the ring to help up an irate Jack Owyns, but then backs off when he gets a sniff of Jack. Both me are pissed. Marty grabs the mic.
Marty: What we've seen he is a travesty, and pay back is in order. Damian, you have been nothing but a disappointment-- an ungrateful, self-righteous disappointment! I made you! I gave you everything you have! And this is how you repay me!?! You know, you've complained that I did not give you a shot at gold. Well guess what? Next week, you will be entered in the tag team tournament with Gideon Hazard to take on this man, Jack Owyns and Vladimir Vishnevsky!
Jack grabs the mic.
Owyns: Cole, you're a fucking dead man! And Smalls, this is far from fucking over!
Our scene ends with a very bitter and angry Marty Sunshine and Jack Owyns.

BROADCAST BOOTH:
Ian Wright: Well folks, there you have it. And with that, it looks like we have all of our missing pieces for the rest of the three tournaments to determine our first three champions. For Jack Cameron, I'm Ian Wright signing off and saying, we'll see you next time on Killshot!
FADE TO BLACK
