EXT. HOME OF DAMIAN AND JULIA COLE - PAULSBORO, NJ - AFTERNOON
Our scene opens up outside the suburban residence of DAMIAN COLE and his ex-wife-- and, in the mind of Damian, hopefully his wife again-- JULIA COLE. It's a cold, quiet Saturday afternoon.
Damian is on the front lawn, wearing a New York Giants Jersey. He is throwing around a football with Julia, their son MAX, and daughter FAITH. Damian is playing the role of quarterback. Julia is on the line, jumping up and down, hands in the air, trying to block him from throwing the ball.
Damian lobs the ball over Julia's head, and it finds its ways into the hands of Max-- interception. Little Max scrambles in all directions like a bee, as Julia tries to block Damian from tackling little Max.
Damian gets past Julia, but Max sidesteps his father and is able to run into the end zone-- their neighbor's driveway, for a touchdown.
Everyone is having great time.
CUT TO:
INT. CAR - STATIONARY - CONTINUOUS
Our scene cuts to the interior of a car. It is parked across the street, two houses down. PRISCILLA PRICE sits in the driver's seat, her eyes fixed on the Cole's family football game. In her lap is the now infamous envelope of the photos from the night that Damian Cole blacked out, only to wake up the next morning in Priscilla's hotel bed.
As her gaze remains fixed on Damian and Julia and Max and Faith, a small tear begins to form at the corner of Priscilla's eye.
She watches as Faith Max kicks off, and Damian catches the football, and attempts to run to the driveway, and Julia tackles him. Max and Faith pile on.
Inside the car, Priscilla picks up her cell phone. She presses a number and puts the phone to her ear.
CUT TO:
EXT. HOME OF DAMIAN AND JULIA COLE - PAULSBORO, NJ - CONTINUOUS
Damian is back in quarterback mode. He is looking for Max to make himself open.
A car that is parked across the street, two houses down-- a car that has been sitting there conspicuously long, and a car that looks just a little bit familiar-- pulls away. It catches Damian's attention, and distracts him for but a moment.

PRISCILLA
Yeah, it's me. I can't-- I
can't do this. Find another way.
