Hey all,
I wanted to address a few issues concerning the tag team division.
1. Earlier this week, I clarified that matches in the tag team division would be decided based upon best individual roleplay. I intend to stick with this rule for the first week, as it's not fair to change the rules mid-week. However, upon further reflection, starting with Killshot 2, I am going to change the rule to weighing the average of the teammates' roleplays. The reason for this is that the tag team division, in my opinion, should reflect a team effort. Again, this manner of judging will go into play effective with Killshot 2.
2. Effective with Killshot 2, the max MDE will be two per handler.
3. In an effort to build up the tag team division, I will be making my guys (Priscilla Price, Carter Hayes, Damian Cole, Vladimir Vishnevsky) available for tag team competition (teamed with wrestlers handled by others). The question that I pose to you, which I ask that you answer by way of responding to the POLL below, is this-- Should my guy's roleplays be judged in competitive matches? I will defer to the majority rule on this one, but here are some points I want you to consider:
With that said, I now put this in your hands with a vote. I encourage everyone to vote. (Please, one vote per handler). If you answer NO, you don't need to explain. If you answer YES, subject to any other caveats or safeguards, feel free to throw out suggestions.
Thanks!

The question that I pose to you, which I ask that you answer by way of responding to the POLL below, is this-- Should my guy's roleplays be judged in competitive matches? I will defer to the majority rule on this one, but here are some points I want you to consider:
- I want the tag team division to thrive because tag team matches are a means for me to double up on wrestlers and allow more matches per card. In my opinion, tag team matches, absent feuds, are only relevant if there is a title that the teams are striving for.
- Using my guys for the tag team division not only beefs up the division, but allows me to assist others with angles and storylines who might otherwise find themselves moving from match to match without a narrative.
- If another handler is teamed with my characters, then my character's roleplays either count, or they do not count. If they do not count, then character's teammate's best roleplay is measured against the average of each member of the opposing team's best roleplay. (I would still roleplay for the match, because my early posting bonus would still apply). I do not know whether such a system is an advantage or disadvantage to the handler being teamed with me.
- Regardless of whether my roleplays count or not, I will not be judging any competitive tag team match that I am involved in. I will have a panel of 1-3 judges judge the matches I'm involved in to keep things fair.
- Another potential safeguard is putting the weekly contender matches in the tag team division to a vote, so there's no suggestion that I'm throwing my guys into title matches for my own glory.
With that said, I now put this in your hands with a vote. I encourage everyone to vote. (Please, one vote per handler). If you answer NO, you don't need to explain. If you answer YES, subject to any other caveats or safeguards, feel free to throw out suggestions.
