IWA's Proving Ground had been a successful show for most that had participated in it. For Will Levon, however, that show had proven to be undeniably the worst of his career and that was his own fault for essentially throwing the match for his then-girlfriend, the woman who he loved. However, immediately following the match, Will and Alice had participated in a heated argument with one another, which ultimately lead to Will calling things off with Alice and ending their several-month long whirlwind romance. It was a tough decision for him to make, since Alice Autumn did mean the world to him and now, he had walked out on her and his own job.
A few long and arduous hours of travel after Will had made this particular decision, Will was sat back at the apartment he shared with Alice in Washington. She was still nowhere to be seen, whereas Will had packed up his belongings and was just staring at the plane ticket he held in his hand, reading 'Las Vegas, Nevada'. It's almost as if he had this planned in advance.
After several long seconds of staring blankly at the ticket, Will ultimately grabbed it, as well as the rest of his stuff before making his exit from the apartment, never to return. Some call it cowardly, some call it wise. Either way, Will didn't see that it was possible to remain with a company he was seen as a joke in and stay with a woman who unknowingly took advantage of him...

Las Vegas, Nevada
Will arrived at McCarran International Airport in Vegas, carrying the majority of his belongings with him as he attempted to make his exit, until he's practically jumped on by a currently unidentified female. She eventually released her grip and stood back.
"Will! I'm so happy to see you back, big bro!"
Will: "Yeah... good to see you, sis."
He said, trying to regain his composure.
Will: "I'm actually glad you came to greet me, Robyn. Awesome. I think I've made such a mess of things recently, I figured the rest of the family were just about ready to disown me."
She offered Will a smile as she rolled her eyes to ignore that comment.
Robyn: "So, I knew you were coming back... obviously... but you never told me why! There's gotta be a reason, you're never one to just randomly show up like this."
Will was uncertain as how to respond so instead, just opted to shrug his shoulders.
Robyn: "What's with the silent treatment? Don't tell me this is under bad circumstances..."
Again, Will didn't respond, which lead to Robyn speaking up again.
Robyn: "Ugh, don't tell me it's a bad thing, Will. Wait... you quit your job after all, didn't you?! Ugh, dammit, Will! I knew it was a possibility but I didn't think you'd actually do it. It was your dream job, idiot."
He responded with a lackluster shrug of his shoulders. There didn't seem to be a great deal he was willing to say at this point, just essentially letting his sister have a conversation with herself.
Robyn: "Well, what does Alice think of this?"
Once more, there was no answer from Will.
Robyn: "You broke up with her, didn't you?!"
Will: "... maybe. Wait, how did you know that?"
Robyn: "I can read you like a book."
She then narrowed her eyes in his direction.
Robyn: "And... dammit, Will."
She lifted a hand and hit him rather viciously on the arm.
Robyn: "What the hell were you thinking? Alice was the only woman who will probably ever love you!"
Will: "Hey!"
Robyn: "Well, you don't know! It could be true... she was an amazing woman who actually did have your best interests at heart, whether she showed that or not. Now, you've turned your back on her and your job? Do you even understand what you've done? You've given up everything, Will... everything!"
Will: "I've made the right decision, trust me..."
Robyn furrowed her brow, uncertain as to whether or not she could actually trust him on that.
Will: "Everything works out eventually, right? I know things look grim but at the end of the day, I'll find a way to come back from this.... somehow."
There was still uncertainty in his voice but he meant it, this wasn't the end for him - instead, it was just the beginning - of something. Either way, Will had given up everything and taken one hell of a risk but here he was, back in his hometown, jobless and single - yet still with some sense of optimism about him. Time would only tell if he did have the balls to do anything about it or not...

New York, New York
Two months later and Will wasn't 100% certain as to whether or not that was indeed the right decision, in terms of his relationship at least. Regardless, what happened, happened, and there wasn't anything that could rectify that particular mistake. However, in terms of his career, walking away from the business at the time he did was perhaps the wisest choice he could have made. When things aren't going right, you have to be able to take a step back and figure out how to right the wrongs.
That time away lead to an improvement in his mentality - he would often be his own worst enemy and therefore struggle to cope in most situations but it turns out, two months off work can really do a person wonders if they make the most of their time.
Will had now arrived in the new location in which he'd be spending the majority of his time, New York, in order to sign a contract with Metro:PRO. Again, this decision could have been seen as foolish or misguided. After all, perhaps he was better off without this industry, or vice versa, perhaps this industry was better off without him. But you don't know unless you try.
However, he was happy to give this - well - a third try. He happened to enjoy traveling and starting new adventures so why not? For the third time this year, he was setting up his home in a new location but this was the first time he'd be doing it alone - at least that meant he'd be able to focus this time around and do things for himself. Losing focus due to others is what held him back in the past - not this time. It wasn't easy to show his face back in the ring given the way he went out but something told him this was going to be an entirely different story.
