“Guys, I've made a terrible mistake...”
The scene opens with Lora Shaw, who sits behind a classroom desk, wearing an outfit that would be wholly inappropriate for a college professor. Hovering over her shoulder and secured to the wall is a traditional blackboard, with the name “Professor Shaw” etched in chalk on its surface.
Lora: “In my earlier match entries, I made the point that Liz Smalls will be feeling tired before our fight on Sunday, on the count of having another match – a nine person battle royal – scheduled less than 48 hours before for Sin City Wrestling in Las Vegas. Having done some more research, I now know that I was wrong. It's not just one additional match she'll have had this week – it's two. Little Lizzie Smalls also competed on a taped broadcast for Pride Pro Wrestling this Monday and got her ass kicked, losing out on the chance to become Women's Champion. As my girl Beyonce would say...”
The scintillating blonde clears her throat and belts out lyrics, albeit without tune.
Lora: “It sucks to be yooooou right noooooow!”
Shaw continues, this time a-melodically.
Lora: “So as I count it, when that bell rings on Sunday, you'll be stepping into your fourth fight in eight days. Shit, Lizzie! You've given up your cocaine addiction for another one – flying across America losing fights every 48 hours. Addicts have no control over what they're doing, sweetie. They're reckless and it's always to the detriment of their own lives. I mean, you cheated to beat Jack Owyns last Sunday; you lost your title fight; you're bound to lose your nine person battle royal and even if you don't, you're going to be exhausted. Deny, deny, deny – but unless you're taking steroids, the fact is you're not going to be at 100% this Sunday. You'll be fatigued, girl. That slight speed and stamina advantage you've got? Gone.
Of course, there's always that experience you talked about, right? That focus and composure that you carry with you at all times to prevail. Where were they when you lost thirteen of your twenty three fights? They're not exactly reliable traits when you look at your match records in singles competition, baby. They're sure to be tested under the pressure of facing me on Sunday. I mean, judging by your latest video – I'm nothing. What happens when you lose to nothing? You can't afford to let that happen, Lizzie. Trouble is, looking through your most recent fights, you've not really won anything legitimately and of your own accord in a month now. Since your legitimate victory on October 29th against Empress Esperanza and co, you've been helped to victory by outside interference. Nobody is helping you beat me on Sunday, girl; that's something Warren will make sure of. So that's more than 4 weeks without a legitimate victory and your next test is against someone who has perfected the art of submission – something you crumble against. The pressure for you to get the job done here is ridiculous. You better not let all those fans down who've come to see you.
Like I say, Lizzie – I caught your latest video and it seems like you think you've got all the answers. So here's a test paper for you to do. I want you to correctly answer each individual question. If you get them all right, you'll know all you need to know about our fight this Sunday. Ready?”
